Lord of Tears, Lord of Weeping,
Kneed my heart, it's hardness bend
with thy wounded hands, still bearing
Scars of life and love to tend.
Lord of Sorrow, Lord of Pity,
Warm my cold heart, dammed with pride
Till with you I too am weeping
Tears which no facade may hide.
